Bright lemon-zest and green apple with wet-pebble minerality, saline notes and fine creaminess. Laser-focused acidity, textured mid-palate, pure citrus fruit and a long, mouthwatering finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed; juice gravity-fed to barrel. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned French oak (minimal new oak), complete malolactic, 11–13 months on lees, bottled unfined under screwcap.
