Intense ruby with fragrant violet and wild cherry aromas, mineral and spicy notes. Concentrated red and black fruit on the palate, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Hand-harvested Sangiovese; destemmed, fermented 28–30°C with 16–20 day maceration in stainless steel; malolactic in tank; aged 18–20 months in French oak barriques (1st/2nd use); bottle-aged 6–8 months.
