Hand-harvested Sangiovese; destemmed/crushed, fermented at 28–30°C in stainless-steel vats with 16–20 day maceration; malolactic conversion followed by 18–22 months in new and first-use French barriques, then bottle aging.

Fèlsina (Poggiali family) estate founded 1966; Fontalloro is the estate’s flagship single-varietal Sangiovese drawn from vineyards on the Chianti Classico/Chianti Colli Senesi border. Estate-focused, long-standing clonal selection and organic practices.
