Cool-toned red: wild strawberries, red cherry, dried rose, tobacco, licorice, white smoke and saline volcanic minerality. Refined yet structured, with angular tannins, bright acidity and a long savory finish.

Spontaneous indigenous fermentation; ~50 days skin maceration; aged ~18 months in neutral epoxy/glass-resin tanks; bottled unfined with minimal or no added sulfur.
