Stone-fruited and herbal: green/apple citrus, pear skin, crushed stone, almond/almond milk, hay and Mediterranean herb/scrub, with saline minerality, light sweet tannic grip and a long stony finish. Energetic, vertical and textural.

Organic farming (no-cert/low-intervention); destemmed, lightly crushed, short skin contact (pre-maceration), spontaneous fermentation in neutral tanks, extended lees ageing (c.16–18 months), light filtration, minimal SO2.
