Bright red-cherry and kirsch with black-fruit depth, lavender, tapenade, crushed stone and tangy orange zest; silky texture, lively acidity and a long, layered finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested (Aug 19 & 24); small-lot fermentations; aged 17 months in 40% new French oak (Atelier Centre France & Tonnellerie Mercurey).
