Concentrated, savory Chardonnay with lime, green apple, apricot, lemongrass, beeswax and aniseed. Oily, satiny texture, chalky mineral drive and bright acidity finishing long and flinty.

Roast chicken with herbs, butter-poached lobster, creamy mushroom risotto; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, soba with shiitake and sesame.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Partial barrel fermentation; aged 11 months in 33% new French oak barrels and puncheons, then 6 months settling in tank. High-density, low-yield estate farming.
