Fragrant nectarine, apricot and citrus with white flowers, sage and thyme. Lime and lemongrass drive a textured, satiny palate—rich and chewy yet lifted by bright, wiry mineral acidity and a long, resonant finish.

Western: lobster, crab, creamy mushroom risotto, roast chicken with herbs, truffle dishes. Asian: sushi and sashimi, miso-glazed black cod, Thai green curry, pork belly with ginger-soy, tempura.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Barrel fermented and aged 11 months (30% new French oak), followed by six months settling in tank. Low yields, careful extraction and cool-cellar aging to preserve acidity and structure.
