Vibrant lemon and lime with notes of mint, wild sage and tarragon; edge of oyster shell. Concentrated, creamy, oily-citrus palate with expansive texture and a long, powerful finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta, seared scallops. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, richer sushi (e.g., toro), mild Thai coconut dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested (Sept 17); fermented and aged 12 months in 35% new French oak barrels/puncheons (Atelier Centre France), followed by 6 months settling in tank.
