Aromas of lemongrass, bee pollen, flint, green herbs, quince and white peach. Electric, tangy and savory palate with tense mineral acidity, dense extract and chewy texture; very long, precise finish.

Early-harvest fruit from upper Hyde block; barrel-fermented and aged 11 months in 25% new French oak, followed by 6 months settling in tank.
