Steely, mineral-driven Chardonnay with orchard fruit, peach and citrus layers, thyme and fennel herb notes, chalky/grapefruit acidity, dense chewy texture and saline, flinty finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: butter-poached lobster, roasted chicken with lemon and herbs, creamy mushroom pasta. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, seared scallops with yuzu, pork belly with ginger-scallion, richer sushi (salmon).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Harvested early (Aug 31). Aged 11 months in French oak (35% new) then 6 months settling in tank. Old Wente clone; small production (17 barrels).
