Flinty, mineral-driven Chardonnay with struck-match and hazelnut aromas, white peach, lemon and lime oil; dense, satiny texture, saline acidity and a long, pinpoint finish. Opens and broadens over several days.

Western: roasted lobster with beurre blanc, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta, grilled sea bass. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty tuna), Korean grilled chicken/BBQ, milder Thai green curry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Barrel-fermented and aged 11 months (38% new French oak), then 6 months settling in tank; early harvest, low-yield, nature-led viticulture.
