Bright tangerine and orange oil with honey, flint and oyster-shell notes. Palate shows peach, nectarine, candied ginger and oily texture balanced by vibrant citrus acidity, long focused finish and saline detail.

釀造方式
 
Early harvested vineyard selection; fermented and aged in French oak (11 months, 35% new Damy barrels) then settled 6 months in tank; blended from multiple blocks.
