Concentrated blackcurrant, plum, violet and licorice with cedar and subtle mint. Medium–full body, polished ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish (ageworthy and elegant).

Hand-harvested, optical sorting; fermentation in concrete/wood/stainless tanks; aged 15–18 months in French oak (≈45–55% new).
