Perfumed Margaux: red and black berries, lavender and pencil-lead notes with savory/mushroom hints. Medium-bodied, plush ripe tannins, bright freshness and a spicy, perfumed finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, venison, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, bulgogi/Korean BBQ, mushroom-based stir-fries and soy/hoisin glazed dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, parcellaire selection; fermentation in concrete/stainless/wood vats, malolactic conversion, aged ~12–15 months in French oak (1–2 year barrels). Estate practises partly organic/biodynamic.
