Bright red and black cherry, wild berries, floral (peony) and spice notes, subtle iron/ferrous and saline minerality; energetic acidity and a structural spine with silky tannins and a persistent, slightly spicy finish.

Hand-harvested from old-vine selection; traditional Pinot Noir vinification; matured in French oak barrels (40% new; Allier/Chatillonais/Nivernais woods), medium toast, ~12-18 months élevage.
