Perfumed red-fruit core of crushed strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with floral lavender and subtle spice. Medium-bodied, silky texture, fine acidity, a touch of black pepper and gentle vanilla/oak on the finish.

釀造方式
 
Gentle maceration with ~25% whole-bunch fermentation; vinified in enamelled steel/stainless and cement vats; aged c.12–18 months in oak (approx. 40% new) with two winters on the lees.

Domaine Drouhin‑Laroze is a sixth‑generation family estate (founded 1850) based in Gevrey‑Chambertin; 11.5 ha planted to Pinot Noir including many Grand Crus; now run by Caroline and Nicolas Drouhin.
