Fragrant, medium-bodied Pinot with cherry, raspberry, peony and rose notes, hints of sous-bois and spice; silky, melted tannins, bright acidity and a slightly savory, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Blend of 10 village parcels; ~15% whole-bunch fermentation, gentle punch-downs and moderate pump-overs; matured ~30% new French oak (village cuvée), aged in barrels 12–18 months.
