Dense red and black cherry, raspberry and candied black fruit with orange-zest lift, subtle liquorice, dark chocolate and sous-bois. Medium-plus body, supple yet precise tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savory finish with truffle and floral hints.

Hand-harvested; 20–30% whole-cluster fermentation (2019 ~30%); 2–3 week maceration in small open vats with indigenous yeasts; aged 16–20 months in French oak (≈80% new).
