Delicate, elegant Chablis with white peach, lemon rind, hazelnut and grilled-almond notes. Chalky flint minerality, saline finish and subtle pastry/cream. Medium–full, satiny texture lifted by fine acidity and a long, airy finish.

Scallops, monkfish, turbot, roasted lobster, lemon-roast chicken, creamy seafood dishes; sushi, sashimi, tempura, miso‑glazed fish, light Asian shellfish preparations; soft/waxy cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Pneumatic pressing; enzymatic settling 12–24h; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and partly in oak; systematic malolactic fermentation; élevage 8–10 months; light fining and filtration.
