Concentrated Chablis: green apple, pear, white peach, oyster shell, citron, and wet stone with smoky, saline minerality. Powerful, linear palate with vivid acidity and long, mineral finish.

Pneumatic pressing, brief enzymatic settling, indigenous-yeast fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in oak; malolactic completed; élevage 8–10 months in barrel and cuve.
