Hand-harvested Chardonnay; whole‑cluster gentle pressing, native‑yeast fermentation in French oak, aged 10–12 months in barrels (≈25% new), no bâtonnage, gravity racking.

Domaine MIA (formerly La Marche) farms nearly 20 ha in the Côte Chalonnaise, certified organic (Ecocert) and working biodynamically; Les Plantenays is a ~3 ha marl/limestone plot at ≈300 m altitude.
