Bright purple; aromas of red berries, blackberry, subtle spice and floral notes. Fleshy, generous palate with well-coated tannins, mineral undercurrent and a medium–long, savory finish.

Western: beef bourguignon, roast lamb, mushroom pie, charcuterie, Brillat-Savarin cheese. Asian: Peking or confit duck with citrus, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, shiitake mushroom dishes, beef tataki.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Organically farmed (Ecocert). Manual harvest; up to 40% whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12–13 months in French oak barrels (≈25% new).
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Domaine Mia: ~18–20 ha estate in the Côte Chalonnaise, organically certified since 2019; cellars in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Estate works with consultants including David Duband.
