Bright cherry and strawberry fruit with sweet spice and mineral undertones. Broad, generous palate with ripe red fruit, saline lift and round, well-integrated tannins; fresh, slightly menthol finish.

釀造方式
 
En grappes entières (whole-cluster) fermentation in concrete vats with semi-carbonic maceration; aged ~50% in 228L oak and 50% in tank; low-intervention, in conversion to organic.
