Concentrated, elegant Pinot Noir with black raspberry, bramble and floral notes (violet/rose), spice, tobacco and graphite. Silky texture, fine tannins, vibrant acidity and long, mineral finish.

Roast duck, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, lamb; Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu, mushroom hot pot (shabu-shabu), Korean bulgogi.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Parcellaire vinification; high whole-bunch fermentation (~80% in 2019), aged 16–18 months in new and used oak (c.50–60% new). 2019 was first organic-conversion vintage with very low yields (~15 hl/ha).
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Clos des Lambrays (8.66 ha owned by the domaine) is largely a single-entity Grand Cru; acquired by LVMH in 2014. Jacques Devauges became régisseur in 2019 and led parcellaire and organic conversion.
