Ethereal red‑fruit core of cherry, pomegranate and raspberry with violet florals, spice, tea‑leaf and forest‑floor notes; silky texture, polished tannins, medium body and a long mineral finish.

Hand‑harvested, certified biodynamic viticulture; fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction (partial whole‑cluster possible); aged ~12–18 months in French oak (≈20–30% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
