Bright cherry, raspberry and pomegranate with violet and forest-floor notes; subtle spice and vanillin oak. Lively acidity, fine powdery tannins, medium–full body and a long, saline finish.

Estate-grown, biodynamic practices; partial destemming, cool pre-fermentation maceration, gravity racking to barrel and light new oak ageing. Minimal SO2, small dose at bottling.
