Bright red cherry and raspberry with wild berry, violet and orange‑oil notes; earthy/forest‑floor minerality. Medium-bodied, lively acidity, silky powdery tannins and a savory, moderately long finish.

Western: roast duck breast, coq au vin, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, Comté cheese. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or soy‑glazed pork, teriyaki salmon, mushroom ramen, miso‑eggplant.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamically farmed fruit, hand‑harvested. Fermented with partial whole‑cluster; aged in French oak (mainly neutral/used barrels) for several months. Minimal intervention, light fining and light filtration.
