Biodynamic viticulture; gentle crushing/pressing, fermentation in large wooden vats with some élevage on lees and minimal sulfur additions.

Family domaine Trapet Père & Fils (Gevrey-Chambertin), biodynamic since the 1990s; Marsannay blanc comes from small parcels (~80 ares). Long family history back to early 20th century.
