Fresh lemon, green apple and white peach with floral (plumeria/gardenia) accents, toasted almond and warm pastry notes; vivid minerality and saline lift, creamy texture and bright, focused acidity with a long, textured finish.

釀造方式
 
Blend of select estate barrels from Dijon-clone vineyards; barrel-fermented and aged in French oak (portion new), sur-lie for texture, with careful blending to produce the reserve bottling.
