Oyster-shell/mineral core with baked lemon, pear, nectarine, chamomile and beeswax. Toasted brioche and gentle oak spice, saline tang, focused acidity, creamy texture and a long, shimmery finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy mushroom risotto, lobster ravioli. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, seared salmon sushi/nigiri, tempura prawns, creamy coconut curry with mild spice.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Estate Dijon-clone fruit blended; fermented and aged ~14 months in 100% new French oak with sur-lie influence and gentle lees contact; balanced acidity and partial malolactic conversion.

Founded by Ken and Grace Evenstad in 1989 in Dundee Hills. Domaine Serene farms several Willamette Valley estate vineyards and makes the Evenstad Reserve as its flagship Chardonnay.
