Perfumed red-fruit core of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with violet, earth, truffle and spice; silky texture, fine-grained tannins, mineral undertow and a long, sappy finish. Elegant, concentrated and ageworthy.

Western: roast duck, lamb, beef, game, mushroom dishes, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu/hoisin pork, miso-glazed salmon, soy-braised short ribs, shiitake stir-fries.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes, partial destemming, fermentation in stainless steel or open-top vats, 12–18 months élevage in French oak (often a high proportion new), minimal filtration.
