Bright golden Champagne with fine mousse; aromas of lime blossom, jasmine, peony, toasted brioche, cocoa and spice. Palate shows peach, nectarine, citrus, green papaya, chalky minerality and gentle bitterness; creamy texture with a long saline-savory finish.
