Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose-petal florals, light spice and undergrowth. Silky texture, fine chalky tannins, bright acidity and a saline-mineral backbone; long, elegant finish.

Hand-harvested; cold maceration and open stainless-steel fermentation with daily punch-downs; malolactic in barrel; aged ~18 months in oak (approx. 60% new).
