Concentrated white Burgundy: peach, white flowers, honeydew melon, light pastry and baking-spice notes, saline minerality and supple texture, with a balanced, slightly oaky finish and good length.

Western: roast chicken with lemon-thyme, mushroom risotto, seared scallops, lobster with butter sauce, Comté or triple-cream cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi (tuna), tempura prawns, lightly spiced Cantonese roast duck, yuzu-salted grilled fish.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Biodynamic viticulture; manual harvest; long gentle pneumatic pressing; 25% fermentation in cement eggs, 75% in oak (≈15% new); 15–16 months ageing then 6 months in vats; gentle fining and light filtration.
