Biodynamic viticulture; manual harvest, long gentle pneumatic pressing; fermentation ~55% stainless steel, 42% cement, 3% new oak; 15–16 months ageing (10 months on lees then 6 months on fine lees); very light filtration.

Domaine Leflaive, a historic Puligny‑Montrachet estate (family since 1717), pioneered biodynamics in Burgundy under Anne‑Claude Leflaive; owns 3.43 ha in Verzé (Les Chênes), purchased in the early 2000s.
