Deep-gold Chardonnay with an intense, lightly woody nose. Round, harmonious palate showing ripe stone fruit, buttery notes, subtle minerality and integrated oak; long, lingering finish.

Western: roast chicken in cream, veal sweetbreads, lemon-butter fish, quenelles, risotto, savory pies, Brie or Comté. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura prawns, mild Thai coconut curry, sushi with richer toppings.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Half fermented in temperature‑controlled stainless tanks, half in oak barrels of varying ages with regular bâtonnage; aged about 12 months before final blending.
