Fresh blackcurrant and black cherry with cedar, tobacco and baking spice. Medium-bodied, silky texture, bright acidity and refined, moderately firm tannins leading to a long, elegant finish.

Parcel selection with fermentations in stainless steel, concrete and wood vats; matured 16–18 months in French oak (≈30–35% new). Traditional Burgundian cellarmanship and rigorous sorting.
