Golden-amber; intense apricot, honey, candied orange and dried tropical-fruit aromas. Vivid citrus and stone-fruit acidity balances a rich, marmalade-like palate with notes of ginger, toasted almond and spice. Exceptionally long, spicy, honeyed finish.

Hand-harvested botrytised (aszú) berries added to must, long pressing and maceration; fermentation in stainless steel and small oak barrels; aged in oak (usually 1–2 years) before bottling.
