Pure, mineral-driven Chardonnay with white flowers, peach and citrus notes, saline minerality and concentrated mid-palate; crystalline gold color and a persistent, refined finish. Gains complexity after 5–7 years.

Western: grilled or roasted white fish (sea bass), poached chicken, creamy pasta, goat cheese, Reblochon, Comté. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, mild miso-glazed cod, gently seasoned Cantonese-style steamed fish; avoid very spicy sauces.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Organic/biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested Chardonnay from old vines. Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous-yeast fermentation in foudres, barrels and tanks; maturation with moderate oak influence.
