Ripe black cherry and blackberry with cocoa, cedar, tobacco and baking spice. Medium–full-bodied, plush Merlot fruit, soft grainy tannins and a savoury, slightly earthy finish with a spicy lift.

Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation in stainless steel; ~70% élevage in tank and remainder in oak barrels; blended and rested before bottling to preserve fruit-forward profile.

Owned and managed by the Vauthier family (of Château Ausone). Vineyards cover ~16–19 hectares on sandy-gravel and clay soils on the St‑Émilion plain, focused on Merlot-led blends.
