Perfumed Pinot Noir: bright cherry and wild strawberry, brambly blackberry, rose and baking spice, subtle forest floor/mineral note. Silky, finely grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish.

Western: roast duck, duck confit, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, shiitake and soy stir-fry, ramen with braised pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit; significant whole-cluster fermentation (commonly ~60% for village wines in 2020); native yeast ferments, gentle extraction; 12–14 months in French oak with limited new oak; minimal fining and low SO2.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Domaine David Duband (founded by Pierre Duband 1963; run by David since 1991) farms ~17 ha in the Côte de Nuits. Practises organic/low-intervention viticulture and uses whole-cluster vinification and modest new oak.
