Floral and orchard-driven: jasmine, honeysuckle, pear and nectarine with hints of tonka, coconut and subtle salinity. Medium-bodied, creamy texture with bright minerality and a harmonious, fruit-forward finish.

Western: grilled mackerel terrine, roasted halibut, creamy chicken, shellfish and goat cheese. Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi/sashimi, lightly spiced Thai green curry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressing, cold settling; wild (ambient) yeast fermentation. Aged ~10–16 months in barrels (≈20% new, remainder 1–5 year oak) with occasional bâtonnage; lightly fined and filtered before bottling.
