Fresh red berries, cherry and raspberry with rose-petal florals, light spice and earth/mineral notes. Medium-bodied, refined tannins and an elegant, slightly savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; ~60% whole-cluster fermentation; 17-day maceration; aged ~14 months in French oak (c.40% new) and older barrels; bottled without fining or filtration. Estate organic/biodynamic practices.
