Ripe black and red fruits, candied notes and dried rose perfume with sap and cinnamon hints. Cooked-fruit flavours, fine bitterness and delicate vegetal freshness lead to a long, salivating finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; ~60% whole-cluster fermentation; 11-day vatting with 5–7 punchdowns and pump-overs; pressed, settled two weeks; aged 1–3 years in French oak; bottled without fining or filtration.
