品鑑筆記
 
Rich sherry-driven malt: orange marmalade, dried dark fruits, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla with toasted oak and subtle citrus brightness.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: dark chocolate, caramelised orange desserts, roasted lamb, aged cheddar, blue cheese. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken, spicy Sichuan beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Single malt distilled in pot stills; aged 12 years in ex-bourbon casks then finished 3 years in Amoroso, Matusalem Oloroso and Apostoles sherry casks; married and bottled at 40% ABV.
