Concentrated black cherry, dried plum and blackberry with baking spice, tobacco, coffee and smoky balsamic nuances. Full-bodied, layered, firm fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, licorice-tinged finish.

Western: roasted or braised red meats, venison, osso buco, aged hard cheeses, beef short ribs. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef or lamb skewers.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Appassimento (grapes partially dried ~1.5 months), stainless-steel fermentation (~28°C) with ~15 days maceration; ~36 months ageing in French and American oak, followed by bottle ageing.
