Peppery, savory Pinot Noir with red cherry, plum, forest-floor, dried herbs and spice. Medium-bodied, focused acidity, silky yet present tannins and a long, savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Organically farmed (Ecocert). 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, ~24 days total maceration on indigenous yeasts; aged 15–16 months in oak (≈20–26% new); light filtration, no fining.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Family domaine; first Vougeraie vineyard planted in 1966 by Louis. Les Evocelles comprises ~3.13 ha in several parcels on east–southeast slopes; certified organic since 2001.
