Juicy red-berry core (raspberry, redcurrant) with forest-floor, dried herb and light spice. Silky, fine-grained tannins, subtle oak spice and a mineral, slightly smoky finish.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; partial whole‑cluster (c.50% in 2020), indigenous yeast fermentation in wooden/open vats; 12–18 months ageing in oak (20–40% new). Organic/biodynamic viticulture.
