Bright cherry and raspberry with peony and licorice, layered with forest‑floor, black pepper and earthy tobacco. Medium-bodied, fresh acidity, polished dusty tannins and a long, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; cold soak and native‑yeast fermentation with gentle extraction (c.50% whole clusters in many cuvées); matured 12–15 months in French oak barriques (portion new oak varies by cuvée).

Domaine de la Vougeraie (Boisset family) formed by uniting many holdings beginning with Les Evocelles (first plot purchased 1964). Estate works organic/biodynamic across multiple Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune parcels.
